You are posting from multiple addresses that are not subscribed to the list.
Therefore your postings are helt for approval. I usually check those every
evening, so something sent during the day may not appear until that evening,
or later if I am busy or forget to check. You should have received an
automatic notification though.
I add each address from which I approve a message to a "white list", so the
next messages from the same address will reach the list immediately.
I'm sorry for the inconvenience, but the amount of spam makes this necessary.
I delete about 3 spam mails per day that were sent to the mailinglist.
