	USB can reach up to 12 Mbps, so, if a clever protocol
is designed, the entire cartridge bus can be emulated over the
USB cable.

	For instance, you don't need to send all the 8 bits
of DATA each Z80 cycle... only once every 5 cycles is enough,
for a ROM file consisting of NOPs. With hardware extensions
it's even easier: OUTs lasts for 12 cycles, so the bandwidth
required is smaller than a simple ROM with NOPs.
