Hi again,

This seems to be the same problem as the one I had before in "Error
compiling binnary extensions with latest Python 2.7.8 package".
Recompiling the Python package myself "fixed" the problem.

I did a new MSYS2 installation on a Windows 7 (64bit) machine and I
didn't run into this.

I have not the slightest idea why this happens :-/
