Updated version of ICU (listed below), breaks the qt installation:
(i) mingw-w64-x86_64-icu-62.1-1
(ii) mingw-w64-x86_64-icu-debug-libs-62.1-1
uic.exe, qtcreator.exe, designer.exe etc, all fail to execute due to 'dll
linking' issue.
I had to downgrade them to the previous version (61.1-1) as a temporary
workaround.
