Besides the installer it would be beneficial for people who have their own
msys environment to have a git only package for msys so that they can use
it with their setup.
Secondly some packages have been updated in your installer like perl and
it would help msys if you could share the packages with them. The perl
version available there is 5.6 vs 5.8.8 which you guys have.
