Please change this to "Feature Request" and "Low".
Git creates a custom msys.dll for its use, so msys users will have to
evaluate if
these changes are appropriate to their environment. Please take a look at
origin/devel:src/rt/.
For perl, please take a look at
8aee78414de25af09d1227450922a6164fc98bd0 and
origin/msys:/src/perl/release.sh and perhaps do the back porting to
msys project
yourself.
