I have sunk easily a hundred hours into this task, and am stuck. IMHO those who care about git-svn should try to help wherever they can with that task. It's likely that more people will bring this about faster than less people. I mean, _I_ don't need it on Windows. So I am seriously considering stopping working on that, if people are so enthusiastic about helping me (obviously, that was ironic, and not meant for Christian). Ciao, Dscho
