Funny. I always thought that fast-import.c was not for interactive use :-) Frankly, I have no idea what to do if Ctrl+D does not work.
Well, I started out using it non-interactively, but couldn't figure out how to "send" an EOF that way either. I thought I'd try it on the command line as a sanity check. Its scary how often I fail sanity checks. :-)
