There surely must be a Hindi/English system for sale somewhere;
probably in India, maybe advertized in Hindi on an Indian website?

Also, the hardcopy of the compendium that I have (first edition)
claims that a system called "Language Teacher" does
Vietnamese -> English.

Not for free, though.
