Dear Colleagues,
We, at the Computer Science & Engineering Department, Jadavpur University, Kolkata, India, have developed an English-Bengali MT system which we planning to evaluate using the BLEU metric. We tried to download the BLEU downloadable toolkit from the nist website without success. Is there any other site where the downloadable BLEU evaluation toolkit will be available?
