PhD positions are typically for 3 years, and students will receive between 16K--18K p.a., have their fees paid, a PC and laptop provided together with a generous travel award. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in statistical modelling, natural language processing and machine translation. In addition, we would expect that post-doctoral applicants would have a track record of publications in the area.
