From the manual: >If emacs complains that it cannot find mu4e, check your load-path and make >sure that mu4e's installation directory is part of it.
Emacs is indeed complaining that it cannot find mu4e, but I’m not sure where to poke for mu4e’s installation directory as I thought it was supposed to install alongside mu? (mu4e is certainly not in my usual emacs package repos.) I installed mu via a package manager (MacPorts on OS X). Any clues where I should start to poke for mu4e install directory? Even if only in relation to the mu install directory, which I can presumably track down with some research into where MacPorts puts things. Apologies if this is a basic question.
