My thought is that this should go in the server-specific settings panel. (Along with other server-specific font overrides.)

It would be perferable to be able to set the default style to apply to MXP links (bold, underline, inverse, different default color) Additionally you should be able to set if the MUD you are using can change the style and color within MXP links either by ANSI or other term codes or MXP style codes.
