I've heard Fergie is enquiring about Alpay Ozalan of Aston Villa. Think Fergie liked the way he played against Ronaldo at the World Cup. Apart from Escude down the left, think the other left back Fergie is interested in is Vratislav Gresko. Blackburn have yet to sign him and he would only be about 1.5 to 2 million quid from Parma. Being Slovakian, Gresko must have a pretty girlfriend or wife so that alone is enough for me! Gresko did quite well down the left with Duff when Blackburn played at Old Trafford back in April.
