Edna Wrote We will now sell Veron to Chelski and who will we buy? Maybe Joaquin, but he's a winger. We'll be left with 1 (count em ONE) attacking central midfielder. He'll need to play in every match this season, and if he got a serious injury we'd be screwed. Ed, In all fairness we have an abundance on talent in Midfield. Keane/Butt/Djemba Djemba/P Nev/Fortune/Scholes/Giggs/Ole/Richarson/ Diegol and possible Kleberson. If the most experienced and successful manager in the game cant get his formation right out of that lot than there are serious questions that need asking. For Christ sake he must have at least ten different options for formations. If Veron is sold then so be it. Bigger players have left in the past and bigger players will leave in the future. NEVER underestimate to shrewdness of the Manager. I did once when he sold Hughes Ince and Kanchelskis. LOOK WHAT HAPPENED. Now enough of all this transfer specualtion.
