suggest we take a look at Freeseer <https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Freeseer>.
It generates Ogg <https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ogg>, is published by
FOSSLC, has a GPL v3 license, & works on Linux, OS X, & Windows.
