Seems that there is another beakage which respect to heimdal/kerberosIV in todays debian update. You can't have both heimdal-dev and kerberos4kth-dev installed at the same time, because heimdal-dev and libcommerr-dev conflicts, but heimdal-dev depends on kerberos4kth-dev.
