I've just installed MultiSync for use with my iPod (third-gen, still read-only) and set up three Evolution -> Backup pairs to write the entries to the right places. There are some UTF-8 issues and mislabeled fields, however. I'd be happy to help implementing an iPod plugin. Maybe I could get some guidance?
