Hi List:
I'm a Student from Germany. I'm looking for a theme for my under-graduate
thesis. I decided to do some stuffs about Syncml and Linux. I noticed the
White Papers from syncml.org
(http://www.openmobilealliance.org/tech/affiliates/LicenseAgreement.asp?DocName=/syncml/syncml_obex_v101_20010615.pdf
 )
and
James Scale (http://www.bluetooth.com/upload/54SyncMLoverBT.PDF), which
mention that the syncml Sync over OBEX ist possible. Besides that I found no
framework or libraries at all, which implements Syncml over OBEX.

My question is,
Does Syncml supports OBEX itself or does it depends on the implentaion for
Syncml in the Operation System of the mobile phone? If so, which mobile Phone
are supposed to support Syncml over OBEX?

I hope I could formulate my question understandble though my poor
English...;-)

Thanx a lot in andvance for Answers

Greets
