I'm not sure if anyone else responded to you earlier. If not, sorry for
the late response.

You can do SyncML over OBEX, the spec is
http://www.syncml.org/docs/syncml_obex_v10_20001207.pdf. 

Our implementation does not support it, and I am not aware of any mobile
device that does. That doesn't mean that there isn't one though.
