Thank you for your report! Your setup seems fine, and MultiSync should not create duplicates. I would guess there is some bug in the SyncML plugin so that IDs of the entires are lost.
What is your setting for handling of duplicates? Do you ever see the interactive window for conflict resolution (duplicates)? If you can narrow down the on the source of the problem somehow, I would definately appreciate it (and fix the bug).
