Hello everyone, I have spent a lot of time trying to get my P900 syncing with Evolution. At the moment I am just trying it with the backup plugin to try and get the basics working. Following the advice in Edd Dumbill's blog [1] and at Stian Jordet's site [2], I have managed to get a connection (via bluetooth), but it's terminated after about two minutes after the P900 has displayed 'Reading' 'Writing' for a while. I'm using a September 20th build of Multisync from the debian maintainer's site [3].
Here's my /var/syslog output: Oct 19 22:52:20 mkay-t42 dund[6069]: New connection from 00:0A:D9:EB:6F:30 Oct 19 22:52:20 mkay-t42 pppd[6075]: pppd 2.4.2 started by root, uid 0 Oct 19 22:52:20 mkay-t42 pppd[6075]: Using interface ppp0 Oct 19 22:52:20 mkay-t42 pppd[6075]: Connect: ppp0 <--> /dev/rfcomm0 Oct 19 22:52:21 mkay-t42 pppd[6075]: found interface eth1 for proxy arp Oct 19 22:52:21 mkay-t42 pppd[6075]: local IP address 192.168.0.3 Oct 19 22:52:21 mkay-t42 pppd[6075]: remote IP address 192.168.0.4 Oct 19 22:54:35 mkay-t42 pppd[6075]: LCP terminated by peer Oct 19 22:54:38 mkay-t42 pppd[6075]: Connection terminated.
