Are your sure you are using the latest snapshot from http://www.multisync.org/files/multisync-cvs-snapshot.tar.gz ? We had some bugs that caused duplication in the evo2 plugin but they should be fixed by now. So far i had no luck implementing this feature in the evo2 plugin (since there is no documentation from evo2 on how to use their API).
