sure thing!

you make a syncpair in multisync with one side being a syncml server
(make sure you select http and not https!).

Then enter your ip address and connection details in the phone (if you
have a dynamic ip address, use something like dyndns.org)

when you connect, you have to press the sync button shortly after the
connection is established.

tip: make sure that the port, where your syncml server is listening is
reachable through any firewall/router.
