I posted pretty much the same question a long while ago : http://www.mail-archive.com/multisync-users@lists.sourceforge.net/msg01926.html It seems that Opensync promises headless configurations but that it is not possible with Multisync. Meanwhile, Funambol (formely known as Sync4J) looks interesting but to me it looks quite chunky to integrate and deploy.
