Hi,

You can create your own control which inherits from the DataGrid Control. 
You could trap the ProcessCmdKey Event of the derived class and check the
keyData Property to see which key has been pressed. If it's the delete key
and if it matches your condition, then pass on the event to the base class
else simply Return True and end the method call.
