Hi Nitin   XMl extension to TSQL in SQLSERVER & SQLXML isapi for iis will work on 
SQL2000 only & will directly port on Oracle. I presume you are looking to support your 
application on Oracle as well & looking for direct or indirect support to avoid the 
risk of design changes to you project.    A quick & easy but performance wise an 
unfavourable option is to link Oracle to SQL Server using link databases and then fire 
queries in SQL. I think you can do with MSDE as well though I havent tried it.    
Otherwise Oracle has support for XML. Try this link  for more info.   HTH    Manasvin
