hi everybody... in my asp.net project we have a dataAccess Layer . the function of
this layer is to access the sql server and depending on the return type
(datareader,dataset,datatable ) fetch the records and return to the called page the
problem is we r calling this layer to populate our datareader
Public Function drExecuteSPWithOupParams(ByVal spName As String) As SqlDataReader
....
objDataReader = objCommand.ExecuteReader(CommandBehavior.CloseConnection)
Return objDataReader

the problem is this is creating a sql server connection pooling there r many threads
in the sql server which do not get destroyed and are in the sleeping mode
