----------------------------------------------------------- New Message on MumbaiUserGroup
----------------------------------------------------------- From: ZuzarAli Message 4 in Discussion Hi, Kundan is right. If we see there are basically 2 kinds of data to show in the ASP.NET application. One which is stored in the SQL Server or rather in any DB and the other which is there Static on the ASP.NET pages like Labels etc. What is stored in the DB is not a problem coz most of the DB supports unicode characters so what ever you store in it you will get it back as it is ... for eg if you are storing a string in French in the DB you will get back as it is when u are retrieving it. What you need to do for the Static contents is you need to create multiple resource files. And when the Application is launched you need to set the Culture of the Application to the current language opted by the user, and then with the Help of the Resource manager load the appropriate resouce file into it and display the content.
