However i just want to tell you some details. (I am providing .NET framework and MDAC 2.8 with our application setup). 1. When the application is installed on Win 2K it does not get installed the first time and the setup starts to roll back. 2. The second time the installation happens properly. Now the .exe file given by you will be included in the setup of our application. The actual problems lies in the fact that Win 2k has MDAC 2.5 and our application is supposed to upgrade it to MDAC 2.8 however it successfully does so at second go. I am unable to give you the exact message (print screen) of rolling back because I try and install it on a fresh machine which has no s/ws installed on it.
