Hi, I am presently working on a mutlilingual application and we
have achived this through Database. It also depends on how ur framework is
designed. The steps that we have done are like we for that user we get his
localization id and than get the whole dat and storein to the cache and than
when page is opened its reads from the cache. Why i say Database is Its easy to
maintain since we have a app which helps the user to add new lingiuals to the
app.. and edit the existing one.
