[Muscle] Problems Starting pcscd on Linux

Hello,

Is there some trick to starting the pcscd on Red Hat Linux?

I am running Red Hat Linux 7.3, with pcsc-lite-1.1.1.

I am using the pcscd startup script (i.e. pcscd.startup start) but after executing the startup script, no such pcscd process gets started. When I use the script's status qualifier "pcscd.startup status" it comes back saying the pcscd dameon is dead and that the subsys is locked.

Any suggestions?
