Thanks for responding to my plea for help on the list. It is really
good to hear that someone is able to use this device driver.
I am using pcsc-lite-1.1.2 (beta I guess) as Ludovic's GemPC 430 device
driver requires this version and we are trying to use GemPC 430,
Schlumberger Reflex USB, Towitoko CHIPDRIVE, ACS, ... I could not
imagine that the problem was with PCSC Lite. Apart from this we have
the same basic Linux set up.
Did you change /etc/security/console.perms so as to set the ownership of
given device files on login to the console?
I am guessing that the files in question are the /dev/usb/ttyUSB* files?
I am also having problems with the Schlumberger Reflex USB driver -- it
gives the same error message as the Towitoko ("driver not inited") but I
doubt it is the same problem ... or might it be but then the GemPC
doesn't have a problem -- I had assumed the problem with the Towitoko
was that it was a serial device masquerading as a USB device.
