I don't know a such system.
I have used google and I find some links. There is no solution but perhaps they will 
interest you.

Perhaps you can find something with the keyword: "boot integrity token system".
The Boot Integrity Token System (BITS) was developed to protect computer systems from 
a large number of viruses that affect the booting system, and enforce control of 
access. BITS is designed so that the computer boots from a boot sector stored on the 
smart card, bypassing the boot sector on the computer which can easily be infected by 
a virus. The card also can be configured to allow access to the computer only by 
authorised users (Clark and Hoffman 1994, 67-68).
