I released a new version of muscleframework: muscleframework-1.1.5 [1]

1.1.5: 19 December 2003, Ludovic Rousseau
    - this version contains:
     . CFlexPlugin-1.1.3
     . libmusclepkcs11-0.0.11
     . MCardPlugin-1.0.3
     . MusclePAM

This should solve your problem.

You will also need to upgrade the JavaCard applet (if you use the applet)

0.9.11 - 19 Dec 2003
  - Modify two INS to be ISO7816 compliant. This caused bugs with some
    ifdhandlers following the ISO
  - scripts to compile, convert and verify the applet
  - The ListKeys command sends a ISO7816.SW_WRONG_LENGTH if the
specified key is not found. Thanks to Patrick Biget for the bug
    report and the patch

Bye,
