Did you succeed to convince him to put online the draft documents in order to get real feedbacks? Or perhaps there is a solution to get them under NDA? I think that MUSCLE developers/users will be interested to get the draft specifications to give their feelings. It may allow to avoid problems such as those presents in the first version of the specifications (e.g. the chaining problem for T=0, APDU level versus TPDU level for the communications, ...).
