I believe that the pointer on MUSCLE http://www.linuxnet.com/apps.html
for Smartcard Netlogin is out of date. I notified the webmaster, but
Bruno asked about this April 4th, and no one answered.
The following file

does not exist, but
http://www.strongsec.com/smartcards
has the file
http://www.strongsec.com/smartcards/smartcard_login-0.1.1.tar.gz
and a HOWTO page as well

I'm not positive this is the same package, as I don't know what the
old package was.
But this is the PAM smartcard-login package written by Mario Strasser
and Martin Sagesser from Zurich.
I was able to compile it. A few warnings were reported (like missing
the newline at the end of a few files)
