ACL only one byte instead of a short?



It should likely be 2 bytes for consistency, but I think the reason it was one byte is that the first byte represents the PIN number and by default the applet has a default admin pin, Muscle00. The applet has no default keys which are represented in the 2nd byte of the 2 byte notation for ACL's. Since there were no default keys, and only pins, it was a mini ACL which only represented PIN's ....
