I've gotten Linux/Pam to work. I have not gotten the Windows software to work.
I have reported the errors on October 13th, and I have tried the latest
version.
I still get the same error 2755. Has anyone else gotten this to work?
Perhaps my machine has something screwy on it.

Yes.

> - Import keys/certificates onto a card

I have not done this. If someone has a step-by-step, I'd like to see it.
I export the public key, and keep the private key private.

> - Support writing session data to the card (possibly PKINIT)

I have not tried this.

I have only tried Java cards. I have been successful using

        JCOP - various
        Axalto CyberFlex e-Gate 32K
        GermPlus GemXpresso Pro 64K R3

I have gotten two differen USB tokens to work:
The Axalto CyberFlex 3-Gate with the e-Gate Token Connector (I
had to use the special e-Gate driver, as these tokens aren't CCID
        compliance)

The GemPlus GemXPresso Pro 64K R3 Plug Format Card with the
        GemPCKey USB Reader

I have tried the JCOP USB token from Smart Card Group, and I have not
succeeded with this.

The Axalto card does not have a random number generator
as far as I can tell. I get all zeros when I try.

> The bonus question is: where in the US do I buy them?

I got the GemPlus cards from a sales rep as samples.
I got two JCOP cards as samples from this link below

http://www.zurich.ibm.com/jcop/order/tools.html
These were used to enable the Eclipse JCOP plug-in. I was able to upload
applets for the GemPlus and JCOP cards using this.
It's a nice development environment.

If you want to order more, I used

http://www.zurich.ibm.com/jcop/order/cards.html
where you can buy 10, 30 or 50 cards. That link also lists other vendors that
will sell larger quantities.

For the Axalto cards, you can order them here
