can anyone help me with this;
i am trying to perform digital signature with the help of smart card on Linux platform.
For that purpose i am using;
1)pcsc-lite-1.2.9-beta6 middleware
2) slb_rf72 driver
3)SchlumbergerSema Cryptoflex 16k card
4)Schlumberger Reflex72 v1 reader
5)Linux RedHat 9
6)Kernel 2.4.20-8
7)libmusclepkcs11.so module(from muscleframe1.1.5)
8)libpkcs11wrapper(from IAIK)
i am in a position where the operating system can recognise the reader and smart card and can list its object.
i have loaded a certificate on the smart card for performing Digital Siginature.
the problem is although it can list the objects present on the card,it cannot read them.it is not able to retrieve the keys present in the certificate on the smart card.
i dont understand where the problem is.
the card is working fine on windows system while running the same API's.
i think my pkcs#11 module is working fine because it can list the objects on the card.
kindly suggest me where can the problem may be...is something wrong with module or elsewhere.
i am trying to sort out this problem since long.
someone kindly suggest me what can be done or what needs to be checked.
thanks
vigya
