reader A=ACS 38 CCID
reader B=Omnikey Cardman 4000 PCMCIA

When I remove reader A, then reader B is not working anymore (it doesn't show
up in SCardListReaders).

libusb-0.1-4:
  Installed: 1:0.1.10a-1
  Candidate: 1:0.1.10a-1
  Version Table:
 *** 1:0.1.10a-1 0

I don't have access anymore to my other system :-(

Thanks,

Serge
