problem is the lack of money at the moment. We already use the eToken in Windows and my prof means I should use Open Source for Linux, so there will be no license fee. ;) You see, I am tied up ... But we will see what happend, if I could not find a solution ...

If it would be spoken about software-only solution and you would say that it MUST be free - I understand it: the difference is whether you pay money or not.
But if you speak about hardware product - you anyway pay for it, since there is hardware. What is the difference: to pay $X for token and $Y for license or $(X+Y) for token. The question is whether the product is OK for you and whether the price is acceptable for you. I mean, if you ask for a price and get some number, do you really care how exactly the price built? Do I miss something?
