Hello, >From my experience the default SCR335 is not CCID compliant. You need firmware version 5.14 and above in order to use it as a CCID reader. In order to quick check if you have this firmware you can install SCR335 drivers on a Windows XP machine, plug the in reader (Be sure that the driver is detected in device manager). Now if the led is turned off you have the new version, if the led is turned on you don't. Insert a card, now if the LED is on you have the new version, if the LED is blinking you have the old. The problem with the old version of firmware is that SCM did not allow firmware upgrade... So you are out of luck.
