i DID install ccid, but that directory is still missing.
It must have put a "ifd-ccid.bundle" structure somewhere? If that
"somewhere" is not "/usr/local/pcsc/drivers", perhaps a quick symlink
would help...

ActivCard v2 reader is really a SCR331. v3 is really a SCR3310. Both
work with the CCID IFD Handler.
