can you give me a filename? locate ifd-ccid had nothing for me.
i know i have libpcsclite libraries.

It must have put a "ifd-ccid.bundle" structure somewhere? If that
"somewhere" is not "/usr/local/pcsc/drivers", perhaps a quick symlink
would help...
