If we could provide a universal bundle (which would work with all devices supported by the driver) it would be a nice option to provide to those who need it. I get bashed a lot in the Estonian MUG forum for problems that stem from low level issues (readers, drivers, lack of them, misconfigured etc) so a single and tested solution interests me a lot.

I don't have any pinpad readers at hand currently but next I'll test some of them on mac.

I believe pinpads are something that are neither supported by the apple driver nor designed into relevant apple frameworks (remember - tokend still asks 'please enter the password for keychain X' if you are using a smart card and should enter a PIN code. It might be misdeveloped tokend too of course...)
