When I list the content of the card using GPShell, it shows the CardEdge,
which AID is a0 00 00 00 01. So, I think the applet was loaded correctly.
Then, I have to format the card, in order to define the PINs and the
available memory for the applet, right? But, I can't use muscletools
correctly. When I type

connect 0

it shows

ERR: List Tokens First ! (0x0 Unknown SW: 0000)

and, when I type

list

it shows

ERR: Must Connect First ! (0x0 Unknown SW: 0000)

So, I can't do anything! Anyone can help me, please?!

Thanks,
Amanda
