To a memory card? You might be out of luck with memory cards.

Sorry, it is in the CCID package [1] rather than pcsc-lite package.

You need to know the basics. As Windows has a similar API (at least
the core is almost compatible with Windows) you might get a beginners
tutorial on MSDN [2]. Check the "resource manager" API.

Basicalli, it goes like this:
SCardEstablishContext
SCardListReaders
SCardConnect
SCardBeginTransaction
SCardTransmit (here you send your stuff to the card, the rest is
boilerplate to get connected to your card)
SCardEndTransaction
SCardDisconnect
SCardReleaseContext

Once you're connected to your card, you will need to know the protocol
(APDU-s) your card requires.
