I havent been able to reproduce this behaviour on Linux, only on Windows, but the code is the same, so i were worried.
FYI im using Gemplus PCTwin and Ubuntu 8.04 using 1.4.99 pcsc and 1.3.3.1 ccid (not the latest by far). As stated on MSDN, after doing a reconnect after ScardEndTransaction, other process doesnt seem to hang anymore. Im still trying to cause it, but looks like fixed. All i wanted was to check if this behaviour is implemented also on PCSCLite, ie: Should i make a reconnect after scardendtransaction returns SCARD_W_RESET_CARD to avoid other process get block? Once more, congrats for your good work on this project.
