I don't think so. There is no code change for these two readers.
Actually, I didn't test it with OpenSC because I don't have OpenSC
supported smart cards on hand.

We would like to maintain backward compatibility and stability.
Current version of libccid cannot use with old version of pcsc-lite
and libusb. Actually, most of our customers did not use the latest
version of pcsc-lite.
